Antique Seating
A set of 6 solid Mahogany English chairs in the Chippendale style. The chairs were made, circa 1910. They have a reeded and molded front leg with a beautifully shaped and pierced splat to the back of the chair. They are hand carved on both the right and left upper of the chairs. There is also a beautiful carving in the middle upper of the back. The splat is nicely molded and also beautifully carved. The chair is in good, clean and sound condition, both in finish and structure. The right and left hand stiles on the upper are reeded and molded. Each chair measures 22 in. wide x 19 in. deep x 38 in. tall. The seat height is 17 1/2 in.

A set of 10 English Mahogany Chippendale Side Chairs made circa 1900. These chairs are in solid Mahogany and all carvings are done by hand. The back has a very nice traditional form of Chippendale Tracery. The frame of the seat rail is all beautiful gadrooned carving. The knees of the legs are also beautifully carved. These chairs are in good and sound condition. The finish is original and has signs of use like an original finish should have. This is a great looking, great quality set of Chairs. Each chair measures 22 1/2 in. wide x 18 in. deep x 37 3/4 in. tall.
This is a matched pair of Walnut Armchairs from France, made circa 1910. The chairs are very fine quality and have a wonderful shape. The sides are bowed and the front is serpentine. The chair has wonderfully shaped and styled French Cabriole Legs on both the front and rear. The entire chair frame is very nicely molded. There is beautiful hand carving on the knees of the front legs, in the middle of the front frame and in the upper middle of the chair. The chairs are in wonderful condition and retain their good and original finish. The upholstery is fantastic quality and in fabulous condition. These are a very good looking pair of chairs. They measure 23 in. across x 20 in. deep x 33 3/4 in. tall each. The upholstery is held on with individual Brass Headed Tacks.
This is a set of Ten Carved Oak Side Chairs made in England, circa 1890. The legs are well turned and reeded and have a nicely turned stretcher base. The uprights on the right and left upper are also beautifully turned, reeded and carved. The entire back is wonderfully carved. All of the carvings are done by hand. The seat frame is reeded and the front of the seat frame has a beautiful shell carving. Both the physical condition and the finish are in very good shape. This is a great set of chairs. Each chair measures 18 1/2 in. wide x 17 1/2 in. deep x 48 in. tall.
